LeadChange Completes the Successful Placement for COO of Epiphany Dermatology

Joining Epiphany in October 2024 with over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and strategy, Trent Mattison is a seasoned leader known for his collaborative approach with physicians and management teams. In previous roles he was a key contributor to the growth of the nation’s largest independent surgery center provider, expanding from 90 to over 250 locations; and, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for 77 Ambulatory Surgery Centers across 13 states, managing a large operations team and partnering with approximately 1,000 physicians.

Trent is passionate about building high-performing teams that are engaged and empowered. He focuses on eliminating obstacles for physicians to enhance their satisfaction and improve patient care. His leadership is characterized by integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to fostering creativity and consistency for superior results.

A native Texan, Trent earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
