  • Completion of position specification and success profile to match company objectives and culture

  • Finalize company and candidate research with top three priority strategies

WEEK 2 - ONGOING - TALENT DISCOVERY

  • Complete due diligence for potential talent in priority strategies

  • Aggressive candidate targeting, recruiting, and screening

  • Weekly client update calls, status reports, market intelligence & feedback

WEEKS 5-12 - INTERVIEWS & SELECTION

  • First round client interviews of top candidates

  • Assessment of fit to position, company & culture, informal referencing, and ranking of top candidates

  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment

  • Final round client interviews (to include financial sponsors if appropriate)

WEEKS 12-16 - CLOSING

  • Selection of top candidate and completion of formal reference & background checks

  • Formal offer, negotiation, and acceptance

  • Transition support through resignation & start date

FOLLOW UP - ONGOING SUPPORT

  • Summary feedback on process, market intelligence & lessons learned

  • Regular check-in with placement and senior management through first 18 months
